Refund Policy
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may withdraw from your order without any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the items or from the service contracts from the time the contract is signed (unless any of the exceptions described below apply).
For this purpose, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your order. You must send your request in accordance with the instructions and form indicated at the end. and return the item to us at: info@theauthenticgourmet.com

We will refund you the price of the item and the ordinary shipping costs corresponding to the cheapest shipping option we offer, no later than 14 days after the day we receive the aforementioned notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree to another method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items from you or until you provide us with proof that you have returned the items, whichever comes first.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning such items; and you shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the returned goods due to the handling of the items (except if such handling was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the items).
NOTICE: EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The right of withdrawal shall not apply, among others, to the delivery of:
Items which do not allow their return due to reasons of hygiene or health protection, if you have unsealed them after delivery (e.g., cosmetic products).
Items that may deteriorate or expire quickly (e.g., food or products subject to a best-before date).
Pre-recorded audio or video tapes or sealed software, if you have unsealed them after delivery;
Personalized items.
A service, if it has already been provided in its entirety and, upon requesting such service, you have agreed to the commencement of the provision of the service and the impossibility of withdrawing from the same once the provision has begun.
Digital content (including apps, digital software, e-books, MP3, etc.) that has not been delivered on a physical medium (i.e., not contained on media such as CDs or DVDs) if you have consented to the execution at the time of delivery and without it being possible for you to withdraw from it from that moment on.
